In This Video You Will Learn Review Home and Dashboard and a general understanding of the application layout. Also, how to add and review To Do (Tasks). Review KPIs and how to customize the KPIs that need to show on the KPI dashboard widget.

This shows insurance name, billing method, what was billed, paid, adjusted off, what is outstanding and estimated payment. Estimated payment shows what you should collect based off of fee schedule. Helps track underpayments (7-11% of claims are underpaid)

    Open the User settings screen and click on settings (gear icon) and select the required widgets.Go to the Home screen and select the Preferences and then click on the settings (gear icon) and select the required widgets.Go to the Home screen and click on the settings (gear icon) and select the required widgets.Open Advanced Setup and All Lookups menu and in Common Lookups tab, click on Dashboard to select the widgets.

    2. How would you know if a To Do assigned to you is past due?
    Pop up notification shown to the user when a To Do is due.Past due To Do show up in red text on the Home screen.To Do shows with a strike off if due.There is currently no way to identify a To Do if past due.
