Key Responsibilities:

  • A very enthusiastic, high-level communicator focused on client success and support
  • Initial point of contact for escalated support issues identified by client or internal support staff with targeted attention to at risk clients
  • Engage with clients on post sale to ensure the client has a voice in the company for any issues related to onboarding, implementation, training and other going issues that may arise from time-to-time,
  • Be a forward thinker, engage with clients in a proactive way to build trust and relationship and be their voice inside the company.
  • Think of ways to automate and improve overall customer experience from customer success and CAP standpoints.
  • Conduct immediate resolution client calls or web-based meetings that do not require additional escalation or assistance from senior management
  • Effectively communicating customer support issues that are not immediately resolved to the senior team manager for furthered resolution
  • Engage with in reconciling client software utilization and pricing discrepancies.
  • Work closely with pricing committee, customer support, onboarding and implementation team.
  • Manage renewals, upsells and add-ons with clients.
  • Monitor client satisfaction through targeted follow up on solving client issues and problems.
  • Follow established protocol to continue the Customer Support mission of building a professional relationship where the customer can express their concerns and/or dislikes in a safe environment wherein you will then effectively communicate with senior team manager.
  • Maintain and report analytical data through establish protocol for review by senior team manager to identify trends for proactive and reactive support updates
  • Encourage a collaborative environment with fellow team members and other members of the organization to ensure effective, clear, and efficient communication to decrease time utilized in issue resolution
  • Adhere to compliance policies and processes for our clients

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 to 3 years of prior experience working in Healthcare technology.
  • Experience working in a SaaS company in a customer service setting is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for annual quota of 1.8m ARR (measured as 12,500 MRR) Drive revenue new LOGO and market share in a defined territory, mainly enterprise, Billco, Strategic Client growth.
  • Execute a consultative selling approach as a trusted advisor with prospects in order to successfully close increasingly complex sales.
  • Meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify & respond to key account technical and departmental decision makers’ needs and maintain customer contact records in HubSpot.
  • Maintain detailed notes on deal progress using HubSpot.
  • Manage a full sales cycle including prospect identification, qualification, sales presentations & closing the deal.
  • Create & articulate compelling value propositions around PracticeSuite services.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through direct and indirect sales initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent)
  • MUST have prior experience selling directly to medical practices, hospitals, and other healthcare facilities.
  • Primarily a hungry and hunter sales professional who will make calls and make it happen.
  • Prior experience generating minimum of $1.5MM annual recurring revenue mostly through hunting type of sales.
  • Demonstrate the ability to develop business relationships and opportunities through relationship building and influence at all levels.

  • Responsible for the management of a portfolio of customers with an overall goal to achieve high customer retention rates and prevent churn
  • Proactively drive customer adoption and continuously look for opportunities to increase customer loyalty and revenue growth
  • Recognize expansion opportunities and effectively communicate to the Sales department for closure
  • Ensure that with every customer interaction you are working to deliver value, providing an excellent experience, and supporting the customer in attaining their desired outcomes
  • Lead strategic, cross-functional initiatives such as customer journeys, voice of customer, and product feedback
  • Maintain relationships with targeted customers through phone conversations and meetings, as well as tracking emails and other business conversations timely in the correct application/CRM tool

  •  Analyze medical malpractice claims by identifying issues, events, diagnoses, and
    procedures that resulted in the action
  • Prepare summaries and assign the appropriate codes that apply
  •  Review claims to formulate a synopsis of facts and collaborate with claims
    examiners regarding the synopsis as needed
  • Make corrections to draft reports sent for physician review and submit approved
    reports to management in a timely fashion

Costa Rica

Responsible For: 

  • Prepare invoices – generate accurate and timely invoices.
  • Manage the accounting team.
  • Supervise work of the members of the accounting team, analyzing accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards
  • Review contracts and apply appropriate rates to invoices.
  • Reconcile invoicing with system usage.
  • Implementation of pricing changes.
  • Processing daily batches.
  • Accounts receivable – contact customers regarding outstanding payments due. Assist with collections process to ensure there is no bad A/R over 60 days.
  • Assist with notification of decline in credit card charges and that their dues are collected in a timely manner.
  • Accounts payable – verification, reconciliation and analysis of AP.
  • Participate in strategic projects to improve profitability and efficiency of the company.
  • Tie inter-departmental communications to ensure operations, engineering, support, sales and onboarding are operating with the same information.

  • We are seeking an energetic Accountant, who is experienced working in Accounting Departments, with at least 3 years of QuickBooks experience
  • Prepare monthly and annual invoices
  • Utilize accounting knowledge and Excel skills to communicate accounting and financial information for decision support and reporting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with weekly deadlines and move between tasks quickly.
  • Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information
  • Stay current on latest Quickbooks releases and tools
  • This position will primarily be responsible for onboarding clients and accounts receivable functions
  • Maintain quality historical records by filing documents
