Vinod is an entrepreneur and technology leader with over 25 years of multifaceted experience in software engineering, sales, marketing, and operations. He is a collaborative, customer focused professional with a profound commitment to constant improvement and excellence. He combines these qualities with management, business acumen and leadership skills.
Since taking over as CEO in 2010, Vinod has positioned PracticeSuite as one of the top five cloud ambulatory care platforms. His partner strategy combined with a Freemium model has been instrumental in making PracticeSuite a national player that provides affordability, a superb customer experience, and a best in class suite of solutions to medical practices struggling in an evermore complex reimbursement environment amidst the rising cost to practice medicine.
In a highly fragmented market, competing against heavily funded companies, with prudent use of capital Vinod made PracticeSuite a profitable company with zero debt, creating value for its customers and a consistent ROI for its investors.
As a visionary and a technology leader with over 25 years of experience in large scale open source enterprise systems, he has held key technical positions at Oracle, Juniper and KPMG. Prior to PracticeSuite, Vinod led SOX IT Compliance at JDSU. He holds a Master’s in Business and Finance.
At a personal level, Vinod is an ardent student of philosophy of Vedanta. He also volunteers within the community teaching Sanskrit to youth.

Michael Oliver comes to PracticeSuite with 19 years background in Healthcare and is responsible for building its network of partners, associations, resellers, and technology partners. He comes from PatientPop/Kareo as VP Of Channel Sales, and prior to that was Executive Director of Business Development at AdvancedMD where he was responsible for the strategy and management of partner & channel sales. Michael holds a Bachelor’s of Science with emphasis in Health Care Administration; and when he is not busy Mike enjoys the outdoors, hiking, boating, and fishing with his wife and kids.

Corey joins with nearly 15 years marketing healthcare technology solutions for physician practices. Corey excels in messaging product value, leading marketing strategy and teams, and building and growing brands.
She has an extensive career sharing her healthcare marketing expertise with leading healthcare technology companies. At Health Prime, she developed the strategy and content to launch a suite of new Value-Based Care services such as Remote Patient Monitoring, Chronic Care Management, Transitional Care Management and others. At Azalea Health, she spearheaded rural healthcare focused digital marketing campaigns, national tradeshow strategy, and content strategy and development. She had the opportunity to lead Account Based Marketing strategy for an Azalea-acquired company Prognosis Innovation Healthcare, expanding market reach for their hospital-based solution – Chart Access.
As the Director of Marketing for PDS Med, formerly Data Strategies/ MDsuite, she co-led the national sales team and directed all branding and marketing activities to grow the company from a PM only company to a complete EHR and PM platform. Always possessing deep product knowledge, she took part in the leadership team for MDsuite’s EHR certification and provider Meaningful Use campaigns. Directly supporting physician customers during an incredible time of technology expansion, left an impression on the impact technology makes in practices and on patients. She led the sales product demonstrations and due diligence product Q&A that led to the acquisition of MDsuite by PDS Med.
As a Junior League of San Diego member, she has served as the Vice President and Director of Marketing of the Board of Directors. Corey holds a BBA from Texas A&M University and lives in California with her husband and four children.

Steve is married to Sherri his wife of 30 years and resides near Nashville, where he enjoys grilling, golf, and outdoor activities with his two sons. In his spare time umpires youth baseball.
