He is a collaborative, customer focused professional with a profound commitment to constant improvement and excellence. He combines these qualities with management, business acumen and leadership skills. Since taking over as CEO in 2010, Vinod has positioned PracticeSuite as one of the top five cloud ambulatory care platforms. His partner strategy combined with a Freemium model has been instrumental in making PracticeSuite a national player that provides affordability, a superb customer experience, and a best in class suite of solutions to medical practices struggling in an evermore complex reimbursement environment amidst the rising cost to practice medicine. In a highly fragmented market, competing against heavily funded companies, with prudent use of capital Vinod made PracticeSuite a profitable company with zero debt, creating value for its customers and a consistent ROI for its investors. As a visionary and a technology leader with over 25 years of experience in large scale open source enterprise systems, he has held key technical positions at Oracle, Juniper and KPMG. Prior to PracticeSuite, Vinod led SOX IT Compliance at JDSU. He holds a Master’s in Business and Finance. At a personal level, Vinod is an ardent student of philosophy of Vedanta. He also volunteers within the community teaching Sanskrit to youth.

Chief Operating OfficerJ. Paul has over thirty-five years of experience working with physician groups, hospitals, and other healthcare providers in a variety of senior executive roles. In his past role as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer with AdantEdge Healthcare Solutions, he led all the company’s Operations, Client Management, and Information Systems. J. Paul’s experience includes President and CEO for CompONE, a leading revenue cycle management company in the US. Previously, he was the Regional Vice President for Medaphis Physician Services Corp (now Change Healthcare, previously a division of McKesson Corporation), where he was responsible for managing several of their leading operational centers. Earlier in his career, J. Paul worked for Ernst and Young where he focused on operational improvement projects for their hospital clients using TQM (Total Quality Management) and CQI (Continuous Quality Improvement) techniques. J. Paul has been married for over 39 years and considered a legacy family with the University of Missouri-Columbia (Mizzou) were he, his wife and three children are alumni. J. Paul serves on the advisory board for the Health Management and Informatics graduate program at Mizzou and is an avid student of leadership.
