Practice Suite is simple to use, and has great features. As a startup practice it was challenging getting up and running. PracticeSuite has a very affordable software, and to be honest, that's why I originally went with it. As learned the system, I didn't realize how deep functionality the EHR had And from what my staff has been able to demonstrate, the billing and reporting is top notch. I like that they have reports that show me our last 6 months in a trend. Practice Suite has exceed my expectations.

I love the convenience of the PracticeSuite system. Collection manager is great. It enables my collectors to easily work the accounts with all information needed for appeal right in front of them. The simplicity of the system is also great for providers. As a billing company it is important to us that our clients can easily see exactly what we are doing and have access to run any reports they need. This makes our operations completely transparent. Being an CPC and PMI certified coder and auditor, I do coding audits for practices and see a lot of other systems which makes me appreciate PracticeSuite more!

We just love PracticeSuite billing solution! Practice Suite employees are always available for our help. We utilize the RCM services from PracticeSuite as well and we are doing better than what we have ever done before Our collections have improved since they have been handling our billing. Moreover, PracticeSuite works well with our Radiology EMR software too.
