Go to patient on left hand menu bar>search for a completed patient record Show a completed patient record in PM

To the left there are icons like enter payment (taking payment over the phone), Eligibility (checking on-demand), and Authorization
Click into Authorization button
– Authorization can be stored here. Include basic information like authorization number and payer or advanced information like visits allowed (PM will track visits used, visits remaining and alert when x number is remaining)
– Schedule History
– History of patients past and future appointments
– Statement History
– History of all statements issues to patient
